Infringement of Copyright

We have made every effort to make our products unique and original.

In the unlikely event a design or product you believe has infringed your copyright, please READ BELOW.

1.       Please email us the product number and briefly the infringement description, also your contact details.   Email to      tronseal@hotmail.com

2.       If you have not received a response from us within 7 days then we have not received your complaint. Please re-email to us and contact us by phone - 020 7739 9185. 

3.       We will contact the Designer / Artist involved and address your claims to the persons involved.

4.       If we feel that your claim has a base then the product(s) will be removed from sale pending further enquiries.

5.       As we have a policy of not copying, any copy is purely accidental. Therefore no claims for legal fees can or should be made against us. 

IMPORTANT : WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LEGAL FEES IF YOU HAVE NOT NOTIFIED US OF ANY POSSIBLE COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT BEFORE TAKING LEGAL ACTION.
